Royal Albatross Golf

A kickstarter / brand film for luxury golf shoe designers Royal Albatross London. We flew out to Tuscany and filmed this short look-book style film at Castiglion del Bosco. We then twinned this location lifestyle footage with some production and manufacture footage to convey the Italian hand crafted roots of the brand.

CHALLENGE

We had just 2 days to shoot a series of still images & produce this kickstarter & brand film, each location was a 2 hour drive apart so time was strictly limited. working quickly to make use of the amazing light when it appeared briefly right at the tail end of the day we captured some crisp and engaging film and stills.

DIRECTION

Working directly with the client we managed models, advised on locations and created a shooting schedule that allowed us to capture everything required to craft the film in the edit suite.

RESULTS

On return to the UK the client informed us that they no-longer required the video for Kickstarter, so we carefully cut it into a brand film with a voiceover to sit as a hero video on the homepage of their website. The amazing assets we had captured work to convey a sense of heritage, timelessness and quality for the brand.
